You can start a return request up to 15 days after receiving the item.

For your item to be considered for return it must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or used, and in its original packaging. We will also need a copy of an order confirmation number or receipt.

Was the item Damaged or Flawed?
After opening your item, if you find it to be damaged, flawed, or you received the wrong item, we ask you contact us right away at info@3rdgenbarberco.com so we can correct the issue in a timely manner.

Non-Returnable
All custom orders are non-returnable. If you have specific questions about your custom order please contact us at info@3rdgenbarberco.com

Refunds
After you have contacted us and we received your item to inspect we will contact you to confirm the return if approved. If approved, we will refund you through your original payment method and ask to give the refund several businesses day to post to your account.
